These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ScotchCigars.com mobile application (“App”) CIGARRY and any related services provided by ScotchCigars.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the App, you consent to receiving emails from us regarding App updates, scheduled downtimes, promotional offers, and other relevant information. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the emails. However, you may still receive essential service-related emails even if you opt out of promotional communications.

7. Intellectual Property
All content included in the App, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ScotchCigars.com or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the App or the information, content, or materials included on the App. You expressly agree that your use of the App is at your sole risk.
9. Limitation of Liability

These Terms and your use of the App shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which ScotchCigars.com is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
