According to Jorge Padrón, the cigars of the company don’t need to go through a subsequent aging process because the tobaccos used in the cigar have been aged sufficiently before they are used for cigar production. Indeed, its methods are unorthodox, but the whole process produces stellar results. It is called Serie 1926 after the birth year of the company’s founder José Orlando Padrón, who perished in 2017. Serie 1926 features tobacco that has been aged for 5 to 10 years. This cigar was introduced in 2002 during the celebration of José O. Padrón’s 75th birthday.
